$ cd /usr/ports
$ make search key=pdftohtml
Port:   pdftohtml-0.35
Path:   /usr/ports/textproc/pdftohtml
Info:   A command-line tool for converting pdf-files into html
[...]
$ cat /usr/ports/textproc/pdftohtml/pkg-descr
This is a port of pdftohtml, which converts pdf-files into nicely
formatted html, combined with png images.
The HTML generated uses frames to emulate the content listing from 
the pdf.
